VHM tools are always used wherever an exchanging insert system cannot be realized for space reasons.  ZWT supplies VHM internal circular forming tools with small shank dimensions of Ø 6 - Ø 25 mm

Our solid carbide tools for external machining are particularly suitable for tangential finishing with extremely low overall heights. ZWT offers you VHM special thread chasing tools as single or multiple thread chasers, as well as special face machining tools.

Permanent quality control of the coating thicknesses and the documentation of the batches run are part of our quality assurance. In-house coating enables us to achieve the shortest possible delivery times, enabling our customers to carry out short-term trials with different coatings.
