We offer special whirling knives for the production of fine and superfine threads. These have proven themselves especially for the machining of titanium in medical technology, e.g. our vortex knife sets for the production of dental and bone screws according to DIN 588 HA 1.5 / HA 2 / HA 2.7 / HA 3.5 / HA 4.5 - HB 4 / HB 6.5.

In addition, we also offer two-threated tools. All tools are precision ground and polished. We also offer double-threat chasing tools. In addition, we also offer you two-toothed chasing tools. All tools are precision ground and lapped.

As an alternative to our whirling knives, we also manufacture triangular plates for the whirling heads commonly available on the market with multiple inserts, either as single or double thread chasing inserts
